FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Where is the event venue?
A: The venue is Spieker Forum on the 6th floor of Chou Hall at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.

Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes, parking is available at the California Memorial Stadium, which is a 5-minute walk from the event venue. Parking is not free, so we recommend taking public transportation.

Walking directions from Memorial Stadium Parking:

1. Exit the parking garage and turn left onto Piedmont Ave.

2. At the crosswalk, turn right and cross the street towards Haas School of Business.

3. Walk through the ivy archway (Cronk Gate) and turn right to go down the outdoor stairs.

4. At the bottom of the stairs, turn right into the courtyard.

5. Continue walking straight through the courtyard toward Chou Hall. You will pass outdoor tables and chairs along the way.

6. Enter Chou Hall and take the elevator to the 6th floor, Spieker Forum, for registration.

Q: What bus stops outside of the venue?
A: Take the AC 52, F, or 7 bus to Stop 55967 (Piedmont Ave & UC Faculty), or the AC 36 bus to Stop 53278 (Piedmont Ave & Bancroft Way).

Q: What time is the event?
A: Registration starts at 8:00 AM. Consult the full agenda for individual event start times.

Q: Is there a dress code?
A: There is no specific dress code, but attendees are encouraged to wear business casual attire.

Q: Will tickets be available at the door?
A: All tickets must be purchased online (through Eventbrite), and we strongly encourage doing so in advance. However, a QR code will be available at the registration desk for ticket purchases at the door.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds.
