Welcome to the Berkeley Energy & Resources Collaborative’s 2025 Energy Summit!
February 20-21, 2025
8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Chou Hall (Spieker Forum) | Haas School of Business
University of California, Berkeley
The Berkeley Energy and Resources Collaborative (BERC) will host the 18th annual Energy Summit on February 20 and 21, 2025 on the UC Berkeley campus. BERC’s flagship event will bring together industry and government professionals, students, and academics to discuss the latest coalition- and innovation-driven strategies that will shape our energy future.
Join founders, funders, policy makers, researchers, organizers, and other practitioners from across the industry as we delve into a broad range of issues, including managing AI-driven load growth within the energy transition, opportunities and risks to deploying clean energy technologies in emerging markets, energy security as national security, financing first-of-a-kind energy projects, and green fuel infrastructure. Dialogue will also address how to equitably distribute the energy transition’s opportunities and risks among communities, countries, and industries.
Day 1 of the 2025 Energy Summit will feature a climate career fair, workshops, and keynote speakers. Day 2 will bring a wide range of stakeholders to the stage – and the coffee tables – for panels, fireside chats, keynote speeches, and networking sessions to explore how we can scale a resilient energy future through cutting-edge innovation and thoughtful coalition-building. Day 2 will also feature our inaugural clean energy case competition.
